ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

Tulsa Short Film Festival

In a city where neon meets prairie and strangers greet you by name, Tulsa Short Film Festival was born out of a simple question:
What if small films could make big noise?

Since 2022, we’ve welcomed bold filmmakers with sharp visions and short runtimes. No red carpets, no velvet ropes—just stories that crackle with heart, grit, and originality. If your film leaves a mark, we’ll give it a screen.

Where Short Films Speak Loudest.

Tulsa Short Film Festival was born from the quiet fire of storytellers — those who speak not with spectacle, but with precision, patience, and punch.

We believe short films are not small films. They are distilled moments. Lightning in a frame. Urgent, intimate, and impossible to ignore. Here, we don’t filter voices — we amplify them. No matter where they come from, or how short they last.
